Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Free standard UK delivery is available for orders over £35. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will usually be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
During busy periods or public holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be extended.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on coffee purchases if you simply change your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a prompt replacement or a refund as appropriate.
For non-coffee items (such as merchandise or brewing equipment), you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns and retaining proof of postage, as Bennachie Coffee cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
